For in-stock Jewelry pieces, orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 PM EST begin processing the same day and typically ship within 3–4 business days, pending availability and credit verification.
Orders placed after 1 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
For made-to-order Jewelry pieces, please allow 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch. Transit times exclude weekends and holidays.
Please Note: Orders from The Brave Hour collection are fulfilled separately and shipped via UPS. Customers placing orders from both The Brave Hour and Jewelry collections will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.

Order Processing:
Each piece begins when you say yes. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your item to be created and shipped from our Global Studio. This made-to-order process ensures that nothing is produced in excess — only what’s meant for you. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way. Note: We are only able to ship to valid street addresses and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
- SANG A Jewelry and SANG A Bags are shipped internationally via FedEx.
- The Brave Hour is shipped internationally via UPS.
Duties and Taxes:
Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. These fees are assessed by your local customs agency and collected upon delivery.
All duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refused Shipments:
For all international orders, refused packages remain liable for any and all customs fees. Refused packages will incur a 50% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for these fees or any customs-related delivery delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office if a shipment appears delayed or is being held.
